On to the game, the Nationals put out a bit of a surprising lineup, with Dylan Crews hitting eight. It is lefty heavy, especially at the top, but it is the deepest Nats lineup in years. Mackenzie Gore will take the mound for his first Opening Day start.

The Phillies will run out a lineup with a lot of familiar names, especially to Nationals fans. Three of the first four hitters are former Nats. It is also a veteran laden lineup with a ton of experience. Zack Wheeler will take the mound coming off a second place finish in NL Cy Young voting last year.
