Lee Thomas, architect of 1993 Phillies and former Orioles special assistant, dies at 86

Lee Thomas, an All-Star player who eventually became the architect of the 1993 National League champion Philadelphia Phillies and later served in the Orioles’ front office, has died. He was 86.
