The former Washington Wizards guard did not play in the 2023-24 NBA season. But he wants to get one more chance before retiring.
Former Washington Wizards guard John Wall recently indicated that he would like to make one more comeback to the NBA. Here are some comments that he made to Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press last week where Wall has begun to do some broadcasting work as an analyst for G League games. Toward the end of the article, Wall what his desire to make a comeback, be known:
“I was here last year working out for a couple teams,” Wall said. “I was on the other court, working out before games. That was fun. This was fun.”
Wall is 34, still looks fit, still works out regularly at the University of Miami and says he would give anything for one more chance in the NBA.
Wall has not played in the NBA since the 2022-23 season for the Los Angeles Clippers.
