Can Washington get back to a winning direction?
OK, so after squaring-off away-and-home with the worst team in the Association (New Orleans Pelicans, who lost something like a dozen games in a row prior to meeting the Wizards), the Wizards managed to lose twice in a rather convincing fashion… They now hold the worst record in the entire NBA.
Next, they host the Houston Rockets. Here’s the preview.

Pregame notes
Two young teams going in different directions — The Wizards have finally prioritized giving more minutes to the younger players and that might even increase as some trades materialize soon. The Houston Rockets on the other hand are among the better teams in the league right now, with their young players blooming and maturing rapidly.
This will be an interesting game for those scouts out there scouting the Wizards’ trading assets. Not so much for the rest of us.
Trade-machine — Perhaps the most interesting time of the year to be a bottom-dweller fan: who will the Wizards trade? Valanciunas? Poole? Brogdon? Kispert?
There is no doubt, essentially, that the Wizards have put multiple number of their key players on the shelf. Who will bite on the bait?
