Not a great day for Washington, who lost their second straight game after the All-Star Break.
The Washington Wizards lost to the Orlando Magic on Sunday night, 110-90 on the road.
This is the Wizards’ second straight loss after the long All-Star break. With the exception of an encouraging first quarter where they had a 29-27 lead, things basically went south from there and Washington was down by as many as 26 points.
In the game Franz Wagner and Anthony Black both score 23 points to lead the Magic, who out rebounded the Wizards, 47-36 and 14-4 in offensive rebounds. For the Wizards, Jordan Poole led with 16 points, but also was in foul trouble and shot just 6-of-16 from the field.
I don’t have that many positive things to say on this one so I’ll keep this recap short. The Wizards will host the Brooklyn Nets tomorrow at 7 p.m. in another home game. See you then.
