Kispert suffered the injury in the third quarter of Washington’s 126-123 victory over the Denver Nuggets on March 15. He is expected to make a full recovery.
Kispert inked a four-year, $54 million contract extension in October following a breakout 2023-24 season in which he averaged 13.4 points on 38.3% 3pt. The forward’s shooting numbers dipped in 2024-25, averaging 11.6 points on 36.4% 3pt.
The Gonzaga alum’s absence adds to the list of Wizards expected to miss significant time, as second-year guard Bilal Coulibaly is out 4-6 weeks with a hamstring injury suffered against the Toronto Raptors on March 10.
