The Washington Wizards made a pair of roster moves, as they set up for the upcoming season. The Wizards waived Jaylen Nowell, who was signed to a non-guaranteed camp deal. Washington then signed Erik Stevenson to an Exhibit 10 contract.
Nowell played for the Memphis Grizzlies and Detroit Pistons on 10 Day contracts. In 31 G League games with the Stockton Kings, Nowell averaged 16.9 points.
Stevenson split last season with the Austin Spurs and Texas Legends. In 48 total G League games, Stevenson averaged 9.9 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists.
