The “Where is Harbaugh?” comment comes from Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh serving the second game of his three-game suspension for the sign-stealing investigation into the Michigan football program.
Harbaugh accepted the punishment, ending the Big Ten’s investigation into the matter. But they still have the NCAA breathing down their necks.
The game is being played on Fox.
