This is a Maryland Minute, a short story followed by a roundup of Terps-related news.
Maryland football wide receiver Tai Felton was named to the Associated Press All-American third team Monday.
Felton, who broke Maryland’s single-season receptions record with 96 this season, is the first Terp to be named an AP All-American since kicker Brad Craddock in 2014.
Felton also led the Big Ten in both receptions and yards (1,124) this season, and is fourth all-time in Maryland career receiving yards (2,207). Felton declared for the NFL Draft earlier this month.
