Felton broke out this season, recording 96 catches for 1,124 yards — both lead the Big Ten — and nine touchdowns. He also set the Maryland single-season receptions record and was second in single-season receiving yards and touchdowns in program history.
Felton is the No. 118 overall player and No. 16 receiver on Pro Football Focus’ 2025 NFL Draft big board, which would make him a mid fourth-round pick.
“Big thank you to coach Locks[ley] for for taking me in,” Felton said after Maryland’s loss to Penn Saturday, his final game as a Terp. “[I was a] young guy, torn ACL, two years out of football, lost all his offers, so a big thank you to his staff and him just believing in me and taking me in.”
