The Maryland Terrapins will reportedly be without star quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa for their bowl game vs. Auburn.
Per On3.com, head coach Mike Locksley revealed that Tagovailoa has opted out of the Music City Bowl with the expectation that he’ll be entering his name in the 2024 NFL Draft and joining his brother in the pros.
Tagovailoa has been one of the most prolific passers in the Big Ten, throwing for 3,377 yards and 25 touchdowns to 11 picks. All while completing north of 66% of his passes to Terps receivers.
