There are a lot of interesting predictions for the playoff games this weekend. But ESPN’s Dickie V might have had the wildest score prediction out of anyone.
Taking to X on Saturday, the ESPN college basketball broadcast icon predicted a very high-scoring game between the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans today. He believes that the two teams will combine for over 75 points in a Ravens victory.
“The @NFL playoffs soon @Ravens vs @HotonTexans My VBDI says it could be the year of “HARBAUGHS” Jim has the NATIONAL COLLEGE TITLE & brother John gets one step closer to the SUPER BOWL tonight RAVENS 43 – TEXANS 34 !” Vitale wrote.
43 points for the Ravens would certainly be a bold prediction. They’ve hit that points total only once in the last three years.
As for the 34 points allowed, it would also be just the second time they’ve allowed that many points since last season. Their defense was ranked No. 1 in the league for points allowed this past year.

Of course, the Ravens might not even win the game at all…
Will Dickie V be proven right today?
