The New York Giants will be starting QB Tommy DeVito after Drew Lock suffered a heel injury that has him in a walking boot.
Earlier this week, the New York Giants announced backup quarterback Drew Lock would start against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 15. But after suffering a heel injury that has Lock in a walking boot on Wednesday, the plan has changed. Now, third-string quarterback Tommy DeVito will be the starting quarterback against the Ravens.
DeVito has started seven games for the Giants over the past two seasons. In that span, the Giants have gone 3-4, and DeVito has thrown for 1,290 yards, eight touchdowns to three interceptions.
In 2024, DeVito started one game. He went 21-of-31 for 189 yards and was sacked four times in a 30-7 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
