At 6-foot-2, Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson should have a height advantage over the average person. When it comes to San Antonio Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama, he can pretty much see over almost every single person in the world.
On Tuesday, a photo of Jackson posing for a picture next to Wembanyama surfaced on social media. It puts the reigning NBA Rookie of the Year’s height into perspective.
Jackson posted the photo on his Instagram Story along with this hilarious caption: “Ya I should’ve stood on the bench.”
Fans couldn’t help but chuckle at Jackson’s caption.
Just look at the height difference between Jackson and Wembanyama:

Wembanyama is a true freak of nature at 7-foot-4. Although he’s just 20 years old, he proved this past NBA season that he has what it takes to be the face of a franchise.
As for Jackson, we already know what he brings to the table. He’s a two-time MVP who is knocking on the doorstep of a Super Bowl appearance. Maybe this upcoming season will finally go his way.
Jackson actually slimmed down this offseason to help out with his agility. He told reporters, “I’ll say it was important enough to be able to move around a little bit extra, that’s all.”
Unfortunately for Jackson, his new appearance didn’t help him close the height gap between him and Wembanyama.
