Lamar Jackson named first-team All-Pro, along with five other Baltimore Ravens
The Associated Press’ official All-Pro teams have been revealed and atop first team All-Pro list is Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
Jackson earned 30 of a possible 50 first-place votes. Trailing behind him was Buffalo Bills’ Josh Allen (18) and Cincinnati Bengals’ Joe Burrow (2).
With Jackson earning his third first team All-Pro, he now trails only Peyton Manning (7) and Aaron Rodgers (4) for the most All-Pro nominations in the Super Bowl era.
Along with Jackson, three others earned first team recognition: linebacker Roquan Smith, slot cornerback Marlon Humphrey and fullback Patrick Ricard.
This is Smith’s third straight season being named to first team. He earned second team All-Pro recognition in 2020-2021. Humphrey is now a two-time All-Pro, making the list for the first time since 2019.
Last season was the reintroduction of fullback being on the All-Pro list. Ricard earned second team last season behind former Raven Kyle Juszczyk, now a San Francisco 49er. The two switch rankings, as Ricard finished 99 points and 27 first-place votes to Juszczyk’s 88 points and 22 first-place votes.
Stunningly, safety Kyle Hamilton made second team All-Pro; Detroit Lions’ Kerby Joseph and Green Bay Packers’ Xavier McKinney received more points and first-place votes.
Running back Derrick Henry earned second team All-Pro honors as well, with Philadelphia Eagles’ Saquon Barkley earning all but two first-place votes.
