When the Baltimore Ravens signed wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to a contract, fans rejoiced that the team was finally giving star quarterback Lamar Jackson an elite receiving target.
Based on what we’ve seen in practice, the dividends are quickly showing themselves.
During today’s practice, Beckham managed to get separation from two defenders on a crossing route, allowing Jackson to find him for an easy completion deep in the opposing red zone.
Fans are convinced that Jackson and OBJ are already on the same page and can’t wait to see them prove all of their doubters wrong in the regular season:

“Getting playmakers in space, Likely earlier. Love to see it!” one user replied.
“I know it’s just practice but I’m so excited for Ravens Football!” wrote another.
“My favorite team really employs both my favorite QB ever and my favorite WR ever I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited before a season,” a third declared.
After the disappointing end to the 2022 season followed by the initial frustration of the 2023 offseason, the arrow is pointing up for the Ravens.
Jackson is their starting quarterback for the long-term future and 2023 will see him with more weapons than he’s ever had.
How many wins will the Ravens have this season?
