Johnson was last with the San Francisco 49ers and even had to make an appearance in the NFC Championship Game against the Philadelphia Eagles when Brock Purdy went down with an elbow injury.
He ended up being knocked out of the game with a concussion, which forced Purdy to go back in, though he was very limited.
Before that, Johnson played in one game for the Ravens during the 2021 season and completed 70% of his passes for 304 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception.
Outside of playing for those two teams, Johnson has also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Commanders, and New York Jets.
