Week 4 underway with the Baltimore Ravens hosting the Buffalo Bills in primetime
We’ve been waiting all day and now it’s Sunday night! The Baltimore Ravens host the Buffalo Bills in a clash of AFC contenders in primetime.
For the Ravens, this is a game of proving themselves as contenders. To win a game against the undefeated, red-hot Bills with Josh Allen playing some of the most effective and dangerous football he’s ever played.
Defensively, they must contain the Bills and their loaded offensive arsenal and clamp down, showing they are far from being the last-ranked pass defense, while not collapsing as a run defense ranked No. 1 in the NFL.
Offensively, they must prove capable of being effective running the ball not just against the paltry Dallas Cowboys defensive line, but other teams, too. And, most importantly, not sputter into ineptitude in the fourth quarter.
For the Bills, it’s about continuing their dominance. They’ve mopped the floor with weak teams on their schedule. Are the Ravens weak? Some numbers suggest yes. Others suggest no. It’s hard to say the Ravens are another tomato can to kick when they have Lamar Jackson, but sinking them to 1-3 on the season and vaulting into 4-0 would be a big step as they seek lofty championship goals.
