CB Marshon Lattimore is out. Dan Quinn said he is optimistic about Week 13, but still unsure if that will be his debut. Quinn said they’re not just waiting for the bye week and then debut him. “If fully healed and he can do all the things at top speed, that would be the marker.”

Dan Quinn said K Austin Seibert is “trending in a really good way” for Sunday. Seibert said Thursday that he would kick vs. the Cowboys.

If you’re being honest as a fan, Daniel Jones is the guy you wanted to succeed. Hard worker, team guy, etc.
Sadly he couldn’t put it together on the field, and that happens.
Wish him the best.#Giants100

If Jerry Jones doesn’t sign Daniel Jones and start him against the Giants on Thanksgiving he’s fully lost his fastball.

“….It didn’t work well for me over there, and I’m doing well over here. Hopefully he can find the same kinda fresh start and success.” https://t.co/duLoxReImT

If Daniel Jones clears waivers and signs a minimum-salary contract with a team next week, that $1.125 million deal works out to $62,500 per week, or $375,000 total for the season’s final six weeks. The Giants can subtract that from what they owe Jones for the rest of the season.
— MarkMaske (@MarkMaske) November 22, 2024
The Giants owe Daniel Jones no cash beyond this season. He will count $22.2 million in dead money against the Giants’ salary cap in the 2025 season.
— MarkMaske (@MarkMaske) November 22, 2024
A team claiming Daniel Jones off waivers and inheriting his contract would have to pay him for this week, by rule, so the amount remaining on his contract in that case would be $13.8 million for the season’s final seven weeks.
— MarkMaske (@MarkMaske) November 22, 2024
Normally, the cutoff point is Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET for a team having to pay a player for that week if it releases him. But if another team claims that player off waivers, that team inherits the existing contract as if that contract never was terminated.

Just catching up to hearing that Daniel Jones was cut, so maybe this has been said already, but as the Comp Pick Guy I should note that if a team signs him this season, they can get compensatory pick credit for him next season—& even backup QBs usually get paid enough to qualify.

Context on Daniel Jones serving as scout-team safety the other day: He volunteered, sources say. The #Giants needed bodies on defense for the walk-through. He went out there on his own, trying to help out.
Every indication I’ve gotten is he handled this week with class.

Former #AZCardinals Pro Bowl LT DJ Humphries, who is recovering from a torn ACL, has been medically cleared to return to play, source said.
Humphries visited the #Giants earlier in the season and could be a key option in the event of a major injury. pic.twitter.com/9jzwIZeyRu

Sounds like talks are happing regarding using the old logo.
Sen. talks about how the old logo has been discussed with the NFL and Commanders use of the old logo and having proceeds help the tribe whose likeness is shown with the old logo. #RaiseHail
