Poll questions!!
Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Washington Commanders fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in regular email surveys.
This week we have a lot going on in the Reacts survey with five questions.
Question 1
Our first question this week is the one we have been asking every week — Do you feel confident in the direction of the Commanders?
We have tracked the results of this question throughout the season. For most of the season, the confidence figure has been at or above 92% — among the most consistent and highest of any fan base in the NFL. Last week, it stood at 98%. Will that level of confidence change following the last-second(s) victory over the Cowboys in Dallas that resulted in a 12-5 season record and the 6th seed in the NFC playoffs?
Question 2
Our second question simply asks you to predict the outcome of the Super Wildcard Weekend game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday night. This binary choice is a bit redundant with our 4th question, which incorporates point spreads, but I’d view it as a personal favor if you bear with me and answer both questions.
Question 3
The third question offers four statements intended to convey a range of feelings about the Marshon Lattimore trade. While your own view may be more nuanced than any of these, the intention is for you to choose the one closest to your opinion, and then explain any nuance in the comments section.
Questions 4 & 5
The final two questions are being asked of every fan base that has a team in the playoffs, and the results will provide a deeper look at expectations for the wild card round games across both conferences.
Q4 asks you to pick from 4 possible outcomes against FanDuel’s current 3-point spread.
Q5 asks you to pick the over or under against FanDuel’s total combined score from both teams (Washington and Tampa Bay) of 50.5 points — the highest over/under threshold of any wildcard game.
Comments & Results
Of course, we invite you to answer the survey questions below, but also feel free to expand on your answers and provide nuance in the comments section. I rely on those comments when discussing the results of the survey when they will be posted in a separate article on Sunday morning.
