The Golden State Warriors took a 3-0 lead over the Denver Nuggets with their 118-113 win at Ball Arena last night. But after the game, Warriors star Draymond Green had a surprisingly harsh message for the Nuggets.
Speaking to reporters right after the game, Green suggested that not everyone is “made for the playoffs.” He said that you could look around the league and tell not all teams are “cut out for the playoffs.”
“Everybody not made for the playoffs. I don’t know if you’ve seen that around the league. You look around the league, everybody’s just not cut out for the playoffs,” Green said.
As you can imagine, there’s a lot of angry replies to that message from Green. Some are saying he has no right to talk when he has been “carried” by superstar teammates Steph Curry and Klay Thompson. Others are pointing out that it’s not fair to rip the Nuggets like that because they’re dealing with injuries right now:
“Everybody not made for the playoffs. I don’t know if you’ve seen that around the league. You look around the league, everybody’s just not cut out for the playoffs.”👀👀

“That’s funny coming from the guys who would be swept if the nuggets were healthy,” one fan wrote.
“Alright Mr. Triple Single, easy to say that when you got two other all stars on your team,” wrote another.
“Dude had 6 points lol gets carried by steph klay and pool,” a third wrote.
Whether you agree with Draymond Green or vehemently disagree, there’s little doubt that his Warriors have the Nuggets on the ropes.
