The Washington Commanders are 3-1 and in sole possession of first place in the NFC East after Sunday’s 42-14 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
The Cardinals opened the game on offense, as quarterback Kyler Murray quickly led them down the field on a nine-play, 55-yard drive to give Arizona an early 7-0. As he so often does, Washington quarterback Jayden Daniels responded. Daniels led the Commanders on a nine-play, 70-yard drive to tie things up.
From there, Daniels and Washington’s defense would be the story. Here are everything we learned from the Commanders’ blowout win in the desert.
