Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban was called out in pretty surprising fashion on Wednesday evening.
Saban was called out by an apparel brand for allegedly wearing a knockoff of their pullover.
“When you’re the leader, people will follow. Unfortunately this is NOT the logo we use and there has been a knockoff version of our Tide logo created. We appreciate your support/concern and we are excited to share our new styles this fall,” the brand Christopher Mobley tweeted.

We can’t say we’ve seen anything like this before in the college football world.
“Nick Saban wears off brand clothes. Pass it on,” one fan joked on Twitter
“Who gave Saban a TJ Max Tide sweater?” another fan joked.
“Saban rocking faux Mobley and Sons gear at pro day is PEAK offseason drama,” another fan added on social media.
Clothing brand that pays Alabama to license its brand tweets out that head coach is wearing a fake of its brand.
