The Washington Commanders shocked the NFL world with Monday night’s 38-33 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Washington entered the game as 7.5-point underdogs, took the lead early in the second quarter, and never looked back. Rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels was phenomenal and completed 21 of 23 passes for 254 yards and two touchdowns. Daniels also rushed for 39 yards and a touchdown.
Now 2-1, the Commanders sit atop the NFC East with a trip to Arizona looming in Week 4.
