Bruce Arians announced his retirement from coaching on Wednesday night and the Buccaneers are trying to make it seem like Tom Brady had nothing to do with the decision.
Most NFL fans aren’t buying it, though.
Many believe that Brady only returned for another season in Tampa Bay by getting the Buccaneers’ ownership to agree to a head coaching change.
I’m pretty sure we talked about this right? It was pretty clear Arians had to step aside for Brady to come back. https://t.co/EH0uyOX44J

Arians and the Buccaneers, meanwhile, say that Brady’s decision to un-retire made him more comfortable to move away.
The Buccaneers now-former head coach wanted a good team in place for the new head coach, who will be Todd Bowles.
Brady, meanwhile, has said nothing but good things about his former head coach.

Perhaps we’ll learn more about Brady and Arians moving forward, but for now, it’s all speculation.
