Bye Darrick
The Washington Commanders safety position continues to go through changes. Jeremy Chinn reportedly agreed to terms with the las Vegas Raiders on a 2-year deal worth more than $16 million. Washington then agreed to terms on a 2-year deal with Saints safety Will Harris. Darrick Forrest is the next Commanders player to join another team, finalizing a 1-year deal to join the Buffalo Bills. He was delegated to a reserve role last season under a new coaching staff, and he was a healthy scratch many weeks. Forrest was a 5th round pick in 2021, and now joins a Super Bowl contender in the AFC, looking for more playing time with a new team.

Always respected how Forrest handled his situation last year. Team viewed others as better. Thats the NFL. But he stayed upbeat whenever we talked to him and ready. https://t.co/6kaXbTdP0Y
