Road dogs
The Washington Commanders are on a four-game winning streak, and have averaged 38 points per game over the last three weeks. Jayden Daniels continues to play at a high level for a rookie, and looks very comfortable running an NFL offense under Kliff Kingsbury. He was pulled from the game early in the fourth quarter with Washington up 34-6, and the Browns only scored one touchdown in garbage time after that.
The Commanders open up the week as 6.5-point underdogs against the Baltimore Ravens. Washington goes back on the road, but stays close to home, as they travel up 95 for a big test for the team. The Ravens are 3-2, winning their last three in a row against the Cowboys, Bills, and Bengals and averaged almost 35 points per game. This game will be the biggest test Dan Quinn’s new team will face, as they continue to be one of the hottest teams in football.
The O/U opens at 51.5 a full 8 points above last week’s line vs the Browns. Washington looks like the best team in the NFC East, and they have the momentum that the Cowboys, Eagles, and Giants are missing this year.
